There's No Place Like Home
I am so glad to be home! There is just nothing like your own bed and the many other amenities of home. Don't get me wrong, I am so thankful I was able to be away with our extended family but being home is a good thing. The girls and I drove over 1100 miles in the last seven days and we are exhausted. They travelled so well, but the adjustment to home is taking a bit of patience on my part. Everyone is still a bit cranky and adapting to normal routines. There are so many things about the past week that I intend to write about but for now I must focus on getting us all back in the swing of 'Lino things'. Thank you to everyone who prayed for our travels and time with the family as we celebrated the life of my Grandmommie.

Hi there, Nicole. I don't know if you'll remember me, but Jeff and I went to A&M with you and Nathan, and served on Ministry Team with you at Central Baptist. It's been a while. I came across your blog while looking around on Lori McDonald's blog and was surprised to find out that we are practically neighbors! Of course, I don't know exactly where you guys live, but I saw that Nathan is pastoring a church in Humble. We just moved to Kingwood a little less than a year ago. Small world. Anyway, I just thought I would say hi. Maybe we'll run into each other sometime. ~Mandi Watts
